In this day and age of shackin up and recessions and what nots (and HBO’s constant running of Intolerable Cruelty), it’s not uncommon for couples that aren’t about to kill each other to move in together to save on generally everything. Rent, lights, grocery, gas, time, laundry detergent. Almost everything. Which leaves me wondering how often people are staying together cause it’s cheaper to keep her/him. Normally if you have a lot of money, your people (when you have money, you have people) will advise you to have your potential mate sign a prenuptial agreement. Basically it says that in the sad event your union dissolves, you will leave the marriage with what you came into it with. Debt. Profit. Whatever. Nobody will gain financially from the marriage. Look at this list of divorce settlements : Rupert … Continue reading

Making a Hit Record for Dummies
So while everybody is upset with the Texas Republicans and their lack of support for Planned Parenthood, I’ve been downloading more and more music. I understand music preferences are a matter of opinion, so take the following comments as you please. I downloaded the 2 Chainz album and within a day and a half I … Continue reading
“This is not the greatest country in the World, but could be…”
“This is not the greatest country in the World, but could be…” The United States is not the greatest country. By what means is it ‘the best?’ Is it because you can make a lot of money by not being smart? You can be from a small town and become an entertainer? Is it because … Continue reading
Can I Take Your Order?
So the other day during lunch, I found myself to be rather famished. Since I’m lazy and didn’t pack my lunch, and Apple wants to act “holier than thou” by not accepting debit/credit cards in the cafe’, I decided to make a Mickey Ds run. I pull up to the drive thru and proceed … Continue reading
Mr. Hit Dat Ho
Unless you have been in some remote location cut off electronically from the rest of the world (what’s up Amish folks!) you’ve been made aware of the Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson situation in more ways than one. Basically he and his Twitter bride, Evelyn got into it over a condom receipt found in the car. Some … Continue reading

It’s in the Olympics, It’s a Sport then, right?
The Summer Olympics were held in London, England from Friday, July 27, 2012 through Sunday, August 12, 2012. We couldn’t wait to see the world’s best athletes perform amazing feats of strength and skill. In light of this global sporting event, I started thinking about sports that didn’t make the cut anymore; sports that were … Continue reading

Check out the info about the book, the … Continue reading

Impress Me
I always thought that, for the most part, my good friends and I were just some regular guys. Yet more and more I continue to hear stories about guys doing out of pocket things just to get or keep a woman’s attention. So I realized that maybe we’re cut from a different cloth. Perhaps our … Continue reading
